Terms of use

1. The service

Tikgraph provides API access to aggregated, normalised TikTok Shop storefront data. We are not affiliated with, partnered with or a representative of TikTok, ByteDance or any seller on the platform.

2. Account and keys

You are responsible for keeping your keys secret and for everything called with them. A key found in a public repository is revoked by us without prior notice. One account per person or organisation; creating several to repeat the trial ends your access.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Billing is monthly and in advance. A plan grants a number of credits per cycle, and each page of results spends one credit. 4xx responses cost nothing. When credits run out the API answers 402, and there is no overage charge.

Credits reset on every renewal and do not roll over. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid cycle.

4. Permitted use

You may use the data inside your own product, dashboard or report, including for your own customers. You may not:

• redistribute the raw dataset in bulk, as a competing product or as a database of your own;
• share your key with third parties or resell direct access to the API;
• use the data to harass creators, for spam, or for anything that breaks the law or TikTok’s terms;
• work around usage limits with parallel accounts, rotating proxies or reverse engineering of the authentication.

5. Nature of the data, and warranties

The data are estimates built from public information and may differ from official TikTok Shop or seller figures. Every response is up to 12 hours old. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Commercial decisions made on the data are your responsibility.

6. Availability and API changes

We do not offer a contractual SLA at this stage, and we say so rather than promise a number we cannot stand behind. New fields may be added at any time. Removing a field or changing its type happens only in a new version, with the previous one kept for at least 6 months and notice by email.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, for use that threatens the stability of the service, or for a breach of section 4. Where possible we give notice and time to correct it. Where there is a security risk, suspension is immediate.

8. Limitation of liability and jurisdiction

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damages. Brazilian law applies.
